Modal analysis provides the dynamic behavior of an object or structure, and is often undertaken using Finite Element Method (FEM) due to its ability deal with arbitrary geometries. This article investigates use Augmented Reality (AR) provide in situ visualization a modal for aluminum impeller. Analysis (FEA) software packages regularly heat maps shape deformation visualize outcomes given simulation. AR allows superimposition digital information on view real-world environment, opportunity overlay such simulation results onto objects environments. The presented herein natural frequencies corresponding indicate design part finite element be viewed physical part. A mobile AR-FEA-based system was developed result visualization. study offers designers engineers new way results.
